Aleris PP is a private alternative to psychological and psychiatric treatment and assessment in the public sector. We specialize in helping children and adolescents with mental health issues. We have helped many families and we can also help you regardless of whether your child is struggling temporarily, or you suspect a more severe psychiatric issue.

At Aleris PP child psychologists and psychiatrists work closely together to offer the best treatment regardless of the severity of your child's mental health condition. ​​We help children and adolescents between the ages 6-17 at our clinics in Gentofte near Copenhagen and in Vejle. We also offer parent counseling and guidance sessions.

All children are different. Therefore, our experts provide a treatment plan tailored to your child's individual needs. During your visits, your child will be our main priority and we focus on helping you as a family. You will be met by a child psychiatrist or a child psychologist who specializes in helping children with mental health conditions.

When you first contact us, we help determine whether you should see a psychologist or a psychiatrist. The first time you visit us, we'll have an initial session or consultation where we discuss the issue at hand and the desired outcome for the treatment. Together, we'll plan the next steps in the process.

Our child psychiatry team specializes in helping families

Our child psychiatry team has many years of experience assessing and treating children with mental health conditions. Our team consists of child psychiatrists, child neuropsychologists, specialized psychologists, and nurses.
